A homeowner in one of 10 East Texas towns asks for a free roof inspection on a site we run, and that request goes to one roofing business in their area — it is not resold to anyone else.
They come from East Texas Roofing (easttexasroof.com), a homeowner site we operate. It has a page for each town we cover: Livingston, Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Huntsville, Conroe, Onalaska, Trinity, Corrigan, Jasper and Cleveland. A homeowner fills in the inspection form because they think their roof may have storm, hail or leak damage.
Each roofing request is sent to one business and never resold. That is different from our automotive seller enquiries, which are shared on purpose because the seller asked for competing offers.
Volume depends on the town and the weather; it rises after storms and drops in quiet weeks. We do not guarantee a number of leads or a closing rate. Ask what we are seeing in your towns before you commit, and we will tell you if it is thin. Texas law also bars a roofer from acting as a public adjuster on a job it is repairing (Tex. Ins. Code 4102.163), and our homeowner pages say so.
