They come from On The Market Texas (onthemarkettexas.com), a free home value site we operate, with pages for Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Livingston, Huntsville, Conroe, Cleveland, Jasper, Diboll, Trinity, Onalaska and Corrigan. The homeowner enters their address and asks for a value estimate. Some are ready to list; others are curious. We pass on what they told us and do not dress it up.
Each home seller request goes to one agent or brokerage and is never resold. Buyer-side enquiries, where available, are described separately on request.
