TX Lead Forge operates a network of Texas lead generation websites and delivers the enquiries they collect to the businesses that buy them. This page explains what we hold, where it comes from, and how to have it removed.

Consumer enquiries

If you filled in a form on one of our sites — PriceForMyTrade, TxAutoApproval, SellMeYourCarHouston, EastTexasRoof or OnTheMarketTexas — your details reach us from that site. What each one collects is set out in its own privacy policy.

• What we receive: your name, phone number, email address, the location or address you gave, and the details relevant to your enquiry.
• Who we pass it to: the dealership, lender, roofing contractor or real estate professional matched to your enquiry, so they can contact you about it. They pay us for the enquiry.
• Automotive seller enquiries are shared with more than one buyer, so you may be contacted by several. Roofing and real estate enquiries go to one business.

We do not sell your details to unrelated advertisers or to data brokers, and we do not pass them outside the purpose you submitted them for.

Business enquiries

If you contact us about buying leads, we keep your name, company, email, phone and your message so we can reply and manage the relationship.

Traffic measurement

Our sites load a first-party script from this domain that records page views, time on site, the page you entered on and the site you came from. It stores your IP address, browser user agent and the country, region and city Cloudflare derives from your connection. It does not collect your name or contact details, and it is not shared with advertising networks.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deliver and account for the work, and to keep a record of what was sent where. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, via the contact form.
• Tell any business that contacts you to stop — they must honour that.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
